How do I purchase items from this website?

Shopping with iNTIMATES4U could not be made easier. You don't have to create an account. All you have to do is browse our website, select the item(s) you would like to purchase, choose your size from the drop down box and add to your shopping bag. Once you have added all the items to your shopping bag, click on 'view your bag' (at the very top of the page). At this point, you may proceed to submit your order and you will be contacted shortly by one of our customer service agents. Ensure you fill in your correct email and delivery address so you can be contacted and the items delivered respectively. Please note, if you are purchasing items in a promotion, make sure it has been activated in your shopping bag.


Can I place an order via telephone?

You can call our customer service team on 08182026777 on Monday – Friday between the hours of 10.00am to 4.00pm to place an order. Please note if you are calling to place an order, help us by going on our website and adding the products you require to your shopping bag to view the product codes (which are needed to place an order over the telephone). What we require you to tell us are the product codes and sizes.


How can I contact Customer Services?

You can e-mail us using the Online Customer Contact Form or email us at yourenquiries@intimates4u.com and we will contact you within 24 hours. 


How can I cancel/change my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order please use our Online Customer Contact Form to submit your request. We will endeavor to respond within 24 hours. Please note, if we are unable to amend your order we will cancel the order and advise you to resubmit the order.


Can I pay with a debit card?

We are currently working on an online payment option where you will be able to pay using your Interswitch (Nigeria) ATM debit card.


Will my parcel be gift wrapped?

We give our customers the option to choose if they would like to have their order wrapped in fine tissue paper and placed in a gift box for an extra cost of N600. Each gift box can hold 1 to 3 lingerie items.

To add that element of surprise whether it's a gift or a treat, INTIMATES4U offers the opportunity to have your order gift boxed. Our trained staff will carefully wrap your purchases in delicate tissue paper, adding our renowned scented heart-shaped rose petals for an extra treat to complete your purchase.

But don't worry, we won't spoil your surprise because the gift box will be placed inside a plain unbranded brown envelope before dispatch.

If you do not require the gift boxing, your order will be sent in our standard discreet unbranded brown envelopes.


Has my order been dispatched yet?

When your order is placed we need to allow 24 hours for processing before the order is dispatched. If, for any reason the order is delayed, we will contact you within 24 hours. Please note, the processing time may increase during holiday periods. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an e-mail notifying you of dispatch. If you have not received this, please contact us using our Online Customer Contact Form and we will look into the issue for you.


I have received an incorrect item

We apologize if you have received an incorrect item and unfortunately, on very rare occasions, errors like this can happen. Please use our Online Customer Contact Form to inform us of this. Kindly include your order number and details of the item(s) you received. We will promptly look into the matter and resolve the issue.


Part of my order is missing

Although we endeavor to dispatch all your items together, there may be times where things have to be dispatched separately. Firstly please check your invoice to see which items you have been charged for.

We apologize if you have been charged for the goods but the item is not included in your parcel. Please contact our Customer Service team with the details of the order and we will look into this issue.


Can an INTIMATES4U Gift Card be exchanged for cash?

INTIMATES4U Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

To redeem the value on your INTIMATES4U Gift Card, simply select the items you are interested in, add them to your Shopping Bag and insert your Gift Card username and password combination in the spaces provided. The value on the Gift Card will be deducted from the total value of the items in your Shopping Bag.

If you have received several INTIMATES4U Gift Cards, you can enter each of the Gift Card username and password combination and each will reduce the total value of your order. 

Dependent upon the value of the Gift Card and your order, you can use the gift voucher to cover the full cost of your order or as part payment.  If the value of your Gift Card exceeds the total of your order the remaining balance will stay on your Gift Card for use another time – you will need to enter the voucher code the next time you order online.  

If the value of your Gift Card is less than the total of your order you will be required to pay the balance.
 

 

 


I can't find my size on your website

We understand how frustrating it is when your size is not in stock. Our stock levels are updated regularly, so we would advise you to keep checking the website. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance. By contacting us you will be sent an email once the item you are interested in is available in your size.


Can I purchase items on your website using any gift card?

You can only use an INTIMATES4U Gift Card when purchasing on www.intimates4u.com.


I am having problems using my INTIMATES4U Gift Card on your website

There shouldn't be any problems with your Gift Card, however we may need to check the card balance or validation. If you are having problems with placing an order using your Gift Card please contact our Customer Service team.


I am having problems placing an order

There are times when the internet browsers and servers can get interrupted which can cause problems or delays with placing an order. If this happens, please close the browser and try again. If the problem still occurs contact our Customer Service team with the details of the items you are interested in purchasing and we will place the order for you.


What courier company will you use to deliver my order

Our orders are dispatched and delivered to you by Tranex. For any further details please contact our Customer Service team.


When will my order be delivered and what is the cost?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. All time scales exclude weekends where orders are normally dispatched on the following Monday.
